Since Ramon and I met three years ago and fell in love, our shared passions for hospitality and culinary arts have brought us to an exciting new venture. Ramon's background in the wine industry and expertise as a trained chef perfectly complement my role as a nutritionist, personal trainer, and coach. Together, we aspire to transform a listed but derelict house near Sitges, Spain, into an elegant and inviting 8-bedroom boutique hotel. As a mother of four incredible individuals, I am driven to create a space that exudes warmth and sophistication, reflecting our shared values of family, creativity, and excellence.
